Pastry Love is Joanne Chang’s 5th cookbook, published in 2019. I no longer remember how I came across this book, but I do remember instantly loving the beautiful, large photos and friendly, approachable writing style. The recipes are easy to follow and come with both volume and weight measurements for ingredients.
