Even if you haven’t been to the King Arthur Baking website yet for their reliable baking tips and recipes, if you live in the US, you’ll probably recognize them from their ubiquitous presence in the baking aisles of your local grocery stores!
That’s where I first came to know of King Arthur Baking – through their flours. I knew them as King Arthur Flour up until their rebranding in 2020, and it turns out they have quite an interesting history, including the prestige of being the first flour company in the United States! Since their founding in 1790, they’ve expanded and grown significantly. Now, not only do they mill flour, they also run baking shops, teach at their own baking schools, and have become a reputable source of baking knowledge and recipes.
After many years of using their recipes and reading their articles, I now typically trust any information I get from King Arthur Baking. They also have a team of Baker Support Specialists that are very active on social media and at the Baker’s Hotline, in case you need any extra personalized support.
